Relationship Development

  • Primary relationship owner for one of Adaptly's largest accounts; accountable for retention, revenue growth, level of penetration, and overall health of the client relationship
  • Oversee the development of client marketing strategy and media plan
  • Responsible for up-selling new products, solutions, and other opportunities; in some cases in collaboration with the Sales team
  • Develop the short-term, mid-range, and long-range Strategic Account Plan for client retention and the attainment of quarterly revenue targets

Partnerships

  • Build close relationships with relevant supply side partners to ensure smooth delivery of Adaptly's services
  • Work closely with Product and Solutions to scope new offerings and provide client feedback on current features
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Partnerships on client co-marketing opportunities, including the creation of branded case studies, joint speaking events, PR and other forms of publicity
  • Maintain appropriate and responsive working relationships with vendors, strategic partners, agencies, etc.

Campaign Management

  • Oversee team leading campaign execution between client, sales, and media operations

    Responsible for scheduling and delivering successful client Quarterly Business Reviews

Management

  • Oversee and mentor a team of dedicated Supervisors, Client Strategy Managers and Account Coordinators who support the execution of the Strategic Account Plan

  • 6+ years working in Digital/Strategic Planning, 4+ in social delivering and executing compelling online marketing campaign plans
  • Experience creating paid social media strategies and implementing media plans required
  • Extensive knowledge of Auto Industry strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to build relationships (internally and with clients)
  • Track record of client retention and development
  • Proven ability to achieve account revenue targets
  • Dynamic story teller/presenter, with a history of pitching and winning business from new and existing clients
  • Exceptional written and oral presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills, business acumen with an industry presence who has a knack for ideas and business building
  • Innate curiosity, aptitude and hands-on approach
  • Must be proactive, results oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that values results
  • A passion for social media and ad tech and a knowledge of how to leverage them to achieve marketing goals
  • Open and willing to an average of 10% travel time across Midwest region
